We do not trade just because the market is moving. Just because its moving down does not mean we have to be active in this move and short it.

If market moves up and bounces, that doesn’t mean we have to take the trade long.

We only should trade when a setup appears. We should not trade just because market is moving and we expect it to head somewhere.

The trades need to have solid reasoning backed by a strong market thesis.
